Pick up boxes at the local schools. If you would like to participate/help, meet at the Civic Center (east doors) at 8:00 a.m. you will be instructed which schools need boxes picked up.

December 16, 2022(2 events) 8:00 am: OYH - Sort, Stack - CANCELLED – DUE TO WEATHER, THE SORT, STACK, AND COUNTING FOR FOOD BASKETS HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR TODAY. THE OPEN YOUR HEART TEAM IS WORKING ON ALTERNATIVE DATES. Volunteers will still be needed if moved to a different day. Location: Bismarck Civic Center. *****Please park in the Civic Center South Parking Lot and use SE entrance. ****** 6:30 pm: OYH -Pack Baskets-CANCELLED – DUE TO WEATHER, PACKING FOOD BASKETS HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR TODAY THE OPEN YOUR HEART TEAM IS WORKING ON ALTERNATIVE DATES Volunteers will still be needed to help pack baskets. Location: Bismarck Civic Center Tables are set up, each with a particular food item. Members of motorcycle clubs fill tote boxes with staples and volunteers pack baskets for the families. The volunteers move around the tables and food items are placed in the baskets based on the number of members in each family. After that is complete, Boy Scouts and others take down the tables and sweep up. *****Please park in the Civic Center South Parking Lot and use SE entrance. ****** |

THE OPEN YOUR HEART TEAM IS WORKING ON ALTERNATIVE DATES. Location: Bismarck Civic Center Open Your Heart campaign loads and delivers baskets.
